If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a full refund of the medication cost will be provided. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once your assessment has been reviewed by a clinician.
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to maintain your privacy.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our clinical team for a full refund. Once a clinical review has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.
If your medication has already been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of prescription medicines and UK medicines regulations. In the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
